A Assembleia Legislativa do Espírito Santo (ALES) aprovou dois projetos cruciais. O primeiro deles, o Orçamento Estadual para 2024, com valor de R$24,9 bilhões, e um PLC que transfere a operação de importantes vias para a CETURB, suspendendo a cobrança de pedágio.
ALES aprova Lei Orçamentária Anual para 2024
O Projeto de Lei (PL) 815/2023, votação para a Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) para 2024, recebeu aprovação com 1.418 emendas dos parlamentares. Este orçamento, foca principalmente em saúde, educação e segurança, no ES. Ou seja, áreas essenciais para todos os cidadãos.

O presidente da Assembleia, Marcelo Santos (Podemos), enfatizou a importância da LOA, destacando a responsabilidade do legislativo em garantir e fiscalizar a aplicação desses recursos.
Deputados aprovam mudança na administração da Terceira Ponte
Além do orçamento, os deputados aprovaram o PLC 68/2023. O projeto transferiu a administração e operação da Terceira Ponte, da Ciclovia da Vida e da Rodovia do Sol para a CETURB/ES. Com essa mudança, a cobrança de pedágio será suspensa a partir de 22 de dezembro. Uma medida celebrada pelos parlamentares e pelo presidente Marcelo Santos, que elogiou a decisão do governador Renato Casagrande.

A suspensão do pedágio e a aprovação do orçamento representam avanços significativos para os cidadãos capixabas. Enquanto o orçamento abrangente garante investimentos em setores cruciais, a suspensão do pedágio facilitará o transporte e a mobilidade, beneficiando diretamente a população.
Logo após a votação, ambas as matérias seguiram para a sanção do governador Renato Casagrande (PSB), marcando o início de uma nova fase de desenvolvimento e facilidade para os cidadãos do Espírito Santo.
