Por meio de suas redes sociais a deputada estadual Janete de Sá, presidente da CPI dos maus tratos aos animais na Assembleia Legislativa do Espírito Santo, informou sobre o andamento do caso que apura o crime.

Nesta última terça-feira (18), moradores do bairro São Patrício, na região de Jacaraípe, no município de Serra. Encontraram uma cadela filhote esquartejada, em um matagal localizado no bairro. A princípio, suspeita-se que a brutalidade teria ligação com algum tipo de ritual de sacrifício.
De acordo com a presidente da CPI dos maus-tratos contra os animais no Estado do Espírito Santo, encaminhou nesta terça, 25, o suspeito de ter esquartejado uma cadela no município da Serra, para depoimento na delegacia responsável pelo caso.

Durante o depoimento, o suspeito confessou o crime e alega ter praticado o ato diante de um surto. O homem ainda afirmou que não se tratava de nenhuma espécie de ritual, e que cometeu o crime em sua casa e outras três pessoas ajudaram na remoção do cadáver do animal que foi deixado no terreno em frente a uma escola.
Por não se tratar de flagrante, o homem foi ouvido e liberado pelo delegado.
Ainda de acordo com a deputada, a CPI pediu pena máxima para o réu confesso de assassinar a cadela com requintes de crueldade em Jacaraípe.
“A CPI não se convenceu da justificativa deste crime tão bárbaro, e irá solicitar que a justiça seja feita, aplicando pena máxima para o suspeito, já que o mesmo, diante de um surto, pode colocar a sociedade em risco, além disso iremos convocar para prestar esclarecimentos em plenário para a CPI.” Publicou a deputada no Facebook.
