Nesta segunda-feira (09), a Polícia Civil do Espírito Santo (PCES), por meio da equipe do 11º Distrito Policial (DP) da Serra, localizada na região de Jacaraípe, prendeu Egon Henrique de Souza Lopes, de 36 anos, suspeito de cometer crimes como ameaça, extorsão e estelionato. A prisão ocorreu no bairro Parque Jacaraípe, após a expedição de um mandado de prisão preventiva pela justiça.
De acordo com o delegado Rodrigo Henrique Rosa, titular do 11º Distrito Policial da Serra, o suspeito teria clonado dispositivos eletrônicos da sogra e de uma tia dela. “Com acesso total aos dispositivos, ele realizou transferências bancárias e pagamentos fraudulentos. A investigação revelou a participação dele em cinco crimes de estelionato, além de ameaças e extorsão”, afirmou o delegado.

Durante a operação, a polícia civil apreendeu carimbos e blocos de atestados médicos em branco, reforçando as suspeitas de que o homem também estaria envolvido na venda de atestados médicos e diplomas falsos. O caso segue sob investigação no 11º DP, e novas revelações podem surgir com o andamento das apurações.
Após a prisão por ameaça (art. 147 do CP), extorsão (art. 158 do CP) e estelionato (art. 171, caput do CP, 5 vezes), o suspeito foi encaminhado ao Centro de Triagem de Viana (CTV), onde permanecerá à disposição da Justiça enquanto as investigações continuam.
