Na última quarta-feira (02), a reportagem do Serra Noticiário teve acesso a mais um vídeo da moradora de Feu Rosa, Yasmin, mãe do bebê Yohan, uma criança atípica, que mais uma vez enfrentam problemas para conseguirem uma ambulância adequada para fazer o transporte de seu filho para as consultas e compromissos hospitalares.
Após ser procurada pela reportagem, a prefeitura da Serra afirmou que esse tipo de ambulância avançada é de responsabilidade do estado, mas prometeu ajudar no caso de Yohan.

Mãe pede ajuda para conseguir ambulância especial na Serra
No último dia 20 de setembro, Yasmin já havia vindo a público pedir ajuda após não conseguir uma ambulância para levar seu filho do HPM, em Vitória, para o bairro Feu Rosa, na Serra. Na ocasião, o hospital alegou que era de responsabilidade da Prefeitura da Serra providenciar o veículo, mas a prefeitura alegou não ter um veículo adequado para esse translado.
Nesta última quarta-feira, Yasmin voltou a público, dessa vez para falar mais uma vez sobre a falta de ambulâncias na Serra e da resposta que recebeu da prefeitura, alegando que não possuía em sua frota uma ambulância do tipo D, específica para o transporte de pacientes como Yohan.

Dessa forma, a mãe se mostrou desamparada e sem a quem recorrer. Visto que, sem a possibilidade de conseguir ambulâncias seu filho pode perder as consultas médicas de extrema importância para a saúde de Yohan.
Reportagem entrou em contato com a Prefeitura da Serra
Sendo assim, a reportagem entrou em contato com a Prefeitura da Serra, junto à Secretaria de Saúde, para questionar os motivos do município não possuir uma ambulância com essas especificações, e quais medidas possíveis para contornar esse problema e auxiliar a mãe e o bebê nesse caso.
Em nota, a Secretaria de Saúde respondeu que:
“A Secretaria de Saúde da Serra informa que os municípios são responsáveis pela Atenção Primária à Saúde, sendo a Atenção Especializada de competência estadual.
Aos municípios cabe disponibilizar ambulâncias básicas, ou seja, para remoção de pacientes que não precisam de cuidados intensivos, mas que ainda precisam ser transportados de maneira segura e confortável. Contudo, o paciente faz uso constante do CPAP, cuja sigla em português significa Pressão Positiva Contínua nas Vias Aéreas, por isso seu transporte requer cuidados específicos, ou seja, de uma ambulância avançada, veículo disponibilizado pelo Estado.
Entendendo a complexidade do caso e visando o cuidado e o bem estar da criança, a Secretaria de Saúde da Serra agendou uma visita domiciliar com médicos especialistas, o que evita a saída do paciente de casa e sua exposição a possíveis riscos. A criança será atendida em sua própria residência por um cirurgião pediátrico e um oftalmologista, especialidades que o município dispõe devido ao seu Ambulatório Municipal de Saúde (AMES).
Além disso, para que o paciente possa receber assistência e acompanhamento com maior conforto e a sem a necessidade de se deslocar de casa, outras iniciativas foram adotadas pelo município como:
- Realização de fisioterapia domiciliar;
- Fornecimento de alguns materiais e equipamentos pertinentes ao tratamento da criança;
- Novo procedimento para renovação de receitas;
- Fornecimento de alguns materiais para cuidados em casa.”
Reportagem entrou em contato com a mãe de Yohan
Após a resposta da Secretaria de Saúde, a reportagem entrou em contato com Yasmin, mãe de Yohan, questionando se, de fato, a Prefeitura da Serra estava cumprindo com essas ajudas que a assessoria pontuou na nota.
Em resposta, Yasmin afirmou que a SESA esteve em sua casa na quarta-feira (02), pela manhã. Segundo a mãe, eles se prontificaram e vieram dar satisfação que esse problema não era de responsabilidade do município e sim do Governo Estado.
Sendo assim, o problema sobre a ambulância permanece não resolvido. Em seguida, a mãe afirmou que os representantes da SESA escutaram suas necessidades e o que o Yohan precisava.
De acordo com Yasmin, a SESA disponibilizou equipamentos e também o médico, que visitou Yohan na quinta-feira (03), para avaliação. Por fim, a mãe afirmou que Yohan tem consulta dia 10 de outubro com um Oftalmologista, ela afirmou que recebeu a promessa de que vão tentar trazer o médico até o Yohan.
“Eles resolveram algumas necessidades que tínhamos e nos deu satisfação que realmente não é de responsabilidade do Município da Serra essa questão da ambulância avançada por ser de maior complexidade, e sim do Estado!”
